This course explores the psychological mechanisms underlying learning and motivation. It examines major theories of learning, including behavioral, cognitive, and social approaches, as well as contemporary perspectives on motivation. Students gain an understanding of how learning processes and motivational factors influence behavior, performance, and goal-directed activity across different contexts.
